Ok, I've decided that Troy, even though it is an amazing movie, makes me reject the idea of love.
My family watched it last night and boy oh boy. . .Brad Pitt was hott but all I could think about when he was on screen was, "haha! chicken legs!!(He had to use a leg double because they're so skinny, but then again, no one's perfect, even Brad)" and "booo!!! He and Jeniffer are divorcing, boooo!!"
Then just about everyone that I didn't want to die did die and this whole bloody massacre was all started because of "love"
Look at what Paris caused due to his "love" for Helen. . .
war, destruction, death, pain, suffering, etc
I know that nothing like that is going to happen to me but still the idea of liking a guy even is revolting to me right now because I can only think of what this "true love" lead too. . .
so right now, I've decided to swear off pining for a lover (or what you will). Whether it will last a day or a year I don't rightly know but hey, love's a bitch, what else is new?
