Hey! Ive remembered I have one of these!
So, life has been great and I finally remembered that I need to actually up date this every now and then. We leave for Cyprus 2 weeks today! I think I am organised, I only need to get a necklace for me and the bridesmaids. We (me and J) went shopping today, and he got the rest of his stuff. I cant believe that I will be married in like 3 weeks! Its gonna be so much fun, all the family will be there and the best news ever is that my brother got a transplant on Monday!
Chris is doing very well and he looks 100 times better than he did before, he even has colour in his cheeks. He wont even be a diabetic anymore, which means, for the 1st time in 20 odd years, he wont have to inject himself anymore. I thank God and the family of the poor person who lost their life, we all do, and, in time, we are allowed to write a letter to them. Trust me, I will. That selfless person who lost their life helped my brother get his life back.
You know? I think organ donation should be compulsary. Lets face it, when you die, thats it, so all organs should go to help those who are still living. I get so annoyed that, even though I have a donor card, J (not that he ever would) can contest it! How mad is that?
Anyway, I was gonna type about me wedding and the fact that DD will be with us, but Im just so happy my brother has got another chance in life that everything else is unimportant.
I will up date you on his progress. I hope all is well with everyone *hug*
