Memories
Last night I got to thinking about my time in the US, God I miss it, like every day. I know I will get back there, but it wont be to stay. I think we will have to settle on Canada, its the nearest place and they really, really need J's skills there. I will love it, but its just not America, you know? Sorry Dory!
Remembering America also made me remember the good times, the bad times and the just what the fuck was I thinking times. Which made me remember people I didnt want to. Anyway, mostly my memories are great, I saw some amazing things, visited over 22 states and experienced things some people will only ever dream about. My memory box keeps me laughing, as does the journal of my travels, I really need to type that up. If you could have seen us when we first decided to camp - who knew that a tent should not go in the dryer?
PS - the keyboard is sticky cos Ive been eating sweet chilli sauce again *facepalm*
My boss is retiring tomorrow, Im gonna miss her, she is a great laugh and a great person. Most of all, I have loved working for her. Tomorrow is another day that I want to forget - those who know me well, will know why I just like to forget the 26th, more so this year than any other, but hey ho, such is life.
January is nearly over and the summer is just around the corner. We have been told its going to be the hottest summer in Scotland than ever before! Yay, that means I can pose in the car with the roof down! J will be happy, he just loves driving that way, and if Im truthful, so do I.
Anyway, this will be the last post that is sad(ish) from now on, happy, funny posts!
