So apparently at work our layout department has started this friendly holiday decoration contest. It all started with one of the "teams" in layout taking a spare computer, dumping a fireplace screensaver on it, and building a fireplace around it. I admit, it was pretty ingenious, and since then everyone's trying to top that.
So now Cheryl and I have been brainstorming -- what could WE do? I admit, we're a bit giddy about decorating, and my mind's been flying -- I loved the computer screen idea, so part of me's tempted to do a quicky frame on the front of one of our monitors to make a "window" and have a "snowing" screen saver, but then the idea transmorphed into just making a "window" with potato flakes in it and maybe a vent with a fan to "blow snow around". It's silly and probably way too much effort but damn, I'd love to do something ...
(You know, outside my menorah and Xanukah bush, which will proudly pop up again!) ^o^
