On another note. If I read one more slash fic that goes on about how being with a dude is so much different/freeing because he can be rough like he can't with delicate females I will scream and scare three innocent kitties who have done nothing wrong.

1. I have not heard any good thoughts on anyone about the elections. I didn't have access to vote at all and I feel a little guilty. But I live in Oklahoma. I'm not sure how much my blue vote could have helped and I haven't even been paying attention to local politics. It's frightening the level of defensiveness and anger that white people show when I point out that as long a Republicans cater to the Tea Party and talk loudly about creating laws that will harm Latin@ communities through racial profiling and detention camps they will continue to lose Latin@ votes.

Kentucky, please do me a big favor and don't vote in Rand Paul.

Rand Paul, please research what King stood for before putting words in his mouth. And if you support the right of private businesses not to serve black people, have the gall to actually say it.
