I don't normally post stuff about my weight/weight loss progress in my own LJ-- usually leave that for the sparkily and the sim stuff but this will be a good way to keep track of things. I decided to shed my fat suit back in May of this year. I was inspired by Joey's weight loss on Dancing With The Stars and decided that if he won, I would indeed start my own weight loss regimen. He didn't win---though at the same time he did. Despite the fact that he didn't win, I decided to go ahead and lose weight anyways. I started at 360 and today's weigh in is 310.  I cut way down on all the foods I was splurging on, started buying water like crazy, and just have been monitoring what I eat. I'm not on any diet plan---been there-- done that-- have the stretch marks to prove it.

I planned to walk today but just wasnt in the mood. Off tomorrow and will make up for it. During the month of September I walked about 15 days, which is more than Ive ever done in years...decades...

My short term goal is to break 300 by the end of the year. Another one is to be 100 lbs down by May of 2008. Long term.... maybe be half my size and keep it off for good. Though I'm not pushing myself and not stressing. This weight didnt get put on overnight and it's not going to disappear like that so yes......

I dont have a before pic--only recent pics from last month in Boston with some hot guys LOL. I'm hoping by the time these hot guys tour--that I'll have done some more improvement :)
