 My biggest problem is getting off my ass. I know what can happen if I exercise, its just that I feel silly doing it. I lost 50 lbs after I moved out and went to college (and about 30 more over the past 7 yrs), and have been slowly been gaining it back now that I've moved back to my dad's house. I know one of my triggers is stress, and when I stress and get depressed, I eat whatever I can put my hands on and am lazy.

I'm back up to 230 as of this morning.

I dug out an old Richard Simmons Dance Your Pants Off tape of my moms. It busted my ass this afternoon. I also have my AbLounge, but I haven't really put it to use since I bought it. I love walking, but living where I do its a bit difficult unless I want to get in the car and drive 20 minutes to a park.

I'm not so much as looking to get to a desired weight as I am looking towards wearing clothes comfortably and a reasonable size. I'm back into a 20 right now and I'd like to be a 14, maybe a 12.

I just want to be comfortable in my own skin, eh?
