I have a microwave that is 13 years old.

I have a 4-cup coffeemaker that is 13 years old.

SO *WHY????* can I not get a coffeemaker that lasts more than 13 MONTHS? This is the 3rd one. First one died in 14 months, wrote an email voicing my displeasure, never got a response. Second one was around $75, brushed aluminum, yada. Died in 10 months (got it ( Read more... )

So last Saturday I get an email announcement from the Joliet ghosthunter Yahoo! group saying now there's a CONTEST for the best logo. Great. Nothing like pressuring an artist. Nice to finally have a manic type day and get some things done and feel good.

I've been working on a logo for Sight Paranormal, a ghost hunting yahoo group headed up by Rob Hall in Joliet.

He asked if anyone would be willing to do a logo for them. When no one accepted for a long time, I took it on.

Not quite sure what to make of this one. It's either real or an excellently doctored video. Reminds me of the poster for The Frighteners or the picture at the top of the stairs in the game The 7th Guest (which I just got the video The Making of the 7th Guest and I'm going to watch).
