Reasons that I know I'm growing up:
-I had to be to work today at 8, which means I had to get up at six. So I went to bed at 5:30 PM yesterday.
-All I wanted to do today was come home and clean my bathroom.
-At work, the associates have referred to me as "mature" and as an "adult".
-I'm the same age as my managers.
Things i've learned about Seattle:
-People drive fucking slow. The speed limit on the "highway", as they call it, is 60. Yet everyone drives about 55.
-Random people will just walk up and talk to you. Everyone wants to be your friend.
-Today it was raining, yet no one ran from their cars to shelter. They kept the same place.
One another note, I've had two occurances that confirm me being a resident here. One, I ran into someone I knew yesterday. And two, the guy at the 711 knows my name.
This place is crazy!
