omfg i can't believe i agreed to do this....
well in their dickitry reply they refused to reply. i sent them a second email asking them why they did not respond, and 1 hour later they respond saying that they get lots of mail everyday, and cannot respond fast enough.
THEY RESPONDED PRETTY DAMN QUICK TO THAT ONE!

in other news i am going to do something. at some point.
