Back from THE Greatest Snowboarding experience thus far...
Aspen Snowmass was great. HUGE mountain. CRAZY nice runs. And powder. Pure powdery goodness.
Thanks has to go out to leehua for being the world's most incredible host. The trip wouldn't have been as great as it was if it wasn't for her. Thanks Gee. =)
Thanks also to lyrical for picking us up from the airport.

So I'll try to tell the story in somewhat chronological order...
We arrive @ Denver to the smile of this lovely lady. Ahh. I can already tell it'll be a good trip.
Ciege is awestruck by the beauty.
Denver airport's ceiling was collapsing. Or something.
Ahhh... So we set off on our adventure into Colorado...
... only to get lost in the middle of NOWHERE.
Off camera (and on the phone) Dianne is laughing her ass off.
...
So we find our way again and stop off in Aurora to eat @ Fatburger.
Then we stop off @ Gee's place, get attacked by her crazy (but cool) dogs and pass out for a few hrs.
ZZzzZz....
...
Then we continue the drive to Aspen.
We stop off in Avon to grab some grub.
...
Get to the insanely HUGE MTV CRIBs house we will be staying at for the weekend and knock out.
The next day....
AH. Aspen. Where the beer flows like wine, and... well, yea. You get the point.
Ciege & Gee, gearing up to board.
The day was overcast with periods of semi-heavy snow. It was great.
Look how wide those runs are. We had the place all to ourselves.... Angela in the foreground, Ciege off in the distance.
Incredible conditions. All powder!

The entrance to The Valley of DOOOOOOOM. Notice the fog that's settled over the valley. Visibility = ZERO. Scary? Yea. Dangerous? Maybe. Do we ride thru? HELLLL YEA!!!!!

This 2nd day of boarding was all BLUE SKIES and GREAT WEATHER. The mtn. was one big open terrain with all sorts of natural stuff to jump off of and stuff. It was great. We don' need no steeeeenkin' trails!!!

The next day, our drive back to Denver. The whole drive was graced by the beauty of the Rocky Mtns.

So we get back to Denver, chill a bit, eat, then head off to a club....
