In It to Win It

I finally feel like I'm making some headway on this little project I have started. And if I keep up the early morning cycle classes plus put in extra effort to do another class or something it will only help me with my other wellness goals. Cheers to that thought. I have a good excuse now to bike on my own as I keep preparing for this dinner I'm singing at. I can listen to the songs and have a nice multi-task going on as well. Oh bicycle you will not defeat me.

Total so far:
Swim: 1000 yards
Bike: 28.3 miles
Run: 7.6

This will be a good week to get a lot of working out in. Bring it on!
