Book Update
Thought I'd do a quick book update since I finished The Five People You Meet In Heaven (which was okay, but not as good as I had hoped).
I've since read
Which reminded me a bit of Running With Scissors since it was also a memoir about someone with a rather f*ed-up childhood. I liked it more that Running With Scissors though.
And now I'm starting
Which seems good so far. (I've only read the first chapter.) It's set in the year 2021, and in it not a single child has been born since 1995. No one can figure out what's happened or how to fix it. I think I'll like it. Ever since I finished Orson Scott Card's Ender series I've been looking for some good, but not too out-there, sci-fi. This seems like it will fit the bill.
