my eyes aren't what they used to be...

I was planning on going to the doctor's tomorrow morning because my eyelids have been scaly, itchy and burning lately, but I woke up this morning and my eyes were practically swollen shut I called in sick to work and dragged myself to the walk-in clinic. After waiting around for about an hour, I received a perscription for an antibiotic/cortisone cream. Now I'm at home and reading the warning sheet the pharmacy hands out with perscription meds and what does it say? "Do not let this product come in contact with your eyes." *Sigh* I'm still going to try it out. Right now I want to scratch my burning eyelids off and I look like a frog. I don't think it could get much worse.

Aside: Under the section entitled "How to use this medication" it reads: "Wash your hands after applying the medication -unless, obviously, you applied the medication to your hands!" LOL
