This was first a note and then changed to a Found per the owner's request.

I found the fishing line with the top attached. Looked around to see if I could locate the bottom. That would be a hard no. I would have replaced it but that size container is not my container of choice for hiding so I had no extra.
PS, I got an email from the C/O who said to go ahead and take the find. I will, But I will be back when it's enabled to sign the log. I'm by here at least once a week.
