FitBit - Week 1...

Yes I am on a Kick.  A "Get Moving" Kick.  I wanted this year to be a year of me trying to get healthier.  Because my back pain has caused me to be more sedentary than I'm used to.  The result is I have gotten heavier and even more out of shape which translates to NOT HEALTHY.  I realized that the back pain = not moving = fatter = back pain... A really bad cycle one that I truly needed to break.  The first thing that felt I needed to do was "Get Moving!"  I joined the ShapeUp program at work.  But I felt it wasn't asking enough from me - accountability-wise, so I bought a FitBit.  It seems to be helping.  What I like best about it is The Dashboard and the ability to track stuff.  I can see a difference already.Visually... Not necessarily physically - It has only been a week.




I think an 85% increase in steps is a pretty big deal.  I do love a graphic!

I'm still working on the March 3 so I can promise that 85% will be much higher!
