Last Night's Power Surge ...
Blew the Photocell that turns the deck lights on and off automagically. That would be the third one! I'm lucky it didn't hit anything else in the house. It seems that socket is totally susceptible to power surges. I'm wondering if there is an outdoor power surge protector. Going to have to look into that. But right now... I'll just make a stop at the home depot on the way home and pick up another timer switch thing.
Also, the Platform Canopy took a hit. It totally collapsed during yesterday's storm. Will have to remove it. Oh well, I had always thought a more permanent structure would be cool. I know the pic sucks. But hey it's a beautiful bright shiny day... so I can't complain.
