You know Iv'e been trying to get rid of some stuff. the bike, the Treadmill, The total home gym.
I posted it here first then on the gga forums. I was trying not to have to use craigslist. I didn't want weirdos (more than the usual suspects) at my house. Casing the joint, only to come back later and break in.
The bike went to Mertat. The Treadmill went to Wakeboardlanier. I was still stuck with the home gym. The one thing I can't just push out of the way and work around.
Soooo, as I was leaving the subdivision yesterday... I see jeff (the resident body builder) driving in. So I stop him and tell him that I'm selling my total home gym. He seemed very interested and said he would come by the house in the evening to look at it. He seemed to think the price was reasonable. So I'm thinking WooHoo! maybe this big bitch will be gone soon.
When I got home from work, I see Jeff sitting at the pool all tan and buff, socializing. I honk as I go by and he waves. he doesn't make a move to get up... nothing. So I drive the rest of the way home and wait. while I'm waiting I check my email.
And much to my shock and surprise... another gga member is contacting me to inquire about the gym. And I so happen to have her phone number. It's WSBCS or something like that. They just got back from Belgium and her husband saw it and wants to look at it. They are coming by on Wednesday to look at it.
Hopefully that thing will be gone soon. If nothing it won't be taking up so much space in that room. I can then put the futon mattress down for the puppies in there for them to hang out on during the day. Along with their toys and other assorted paraphernalia.
But I'm not jumpin' the gun. Nope not me.
