Day #8 - De-Carbfest

I didn't weigh yesterday. took the day off. I ended up hiking around 4.5 miles. Uphill at least half the way. I did have some carbs yesterday. A coissant at Burger King... I'm NEVER going to do that again. And some Awesome Homemade potatoe salad with dinner. Mainly the big gain is water weight to repair the majorly worked out legs. Should be totally back on track tomorrow. I drank so much water yesterday... and even drank one more glass before I went to bed.
What I have noticed the most is an attitude change. I am a lot less surly than before. and I have oodles of energy. How else could I have jam packed so much into one little weekend? The poor dogs are beat. I know they are going to sleep all day today.
Lucy is hobbling more than usual. I think it's time for another shot... It's been 2 weeks.
