I'm a little scared...
Seems the physical ailments I hinted about are a little more serious than I thought. I went to the Quick Care Yesterday because the pain in my leg was so severe and coupled with the shortness of breath I had been experiencing as of late...I decided I couldn't wait until my Doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I had an inkling of what it might be...and the Doctors agreed. They think I may have a blood clot in my lower leg. I am going in Today at 1:30 for an UltraSound and I should know at about 2:00pm the next course of action.
The quick Care Doctor gave me RXs for Pain Reliever(anti-inflamitory), Muscle Relaxers and Blood Thinners. The Later happens to be in Shot form. They need to be administered like insulin shots...In the belly. Thank God I have a Bunch of Fat-Wads where it can go into. I couldn't give myself the shot. I am and always have been terrified of needles. So Lisa came all the way over from her house to give me a shot last night and then returned the morning to give me another. I never could have done it. Thank You Lisa.
We shall see what the outcome will be.
