Yesterday was tuff...
I had to take Lucy to the vet for surgery. She had to spend the night there so that
A.) I wouldn't accidently feed her screwing up her surgery.
B.) To actually get her to the vet becasue they aren't open when I leave for work.
It was so quiet in the house without her. Dollie didn't let me out of her sight the entire evening. And she kept looking for Lucy in every car that drove by. I had to fight with her to come to bed. And when she did she was pretty restless. Good thing Lucy is scheduled early this morning for her procedures. I'm leaving work early to be there when she wakes up. She may go to sleep without her family, but she will at least wake up with them.
As for the floor.
I got the coat closet completed and then worked on getting the board "Tricky" board (trust me it has been a night mare to get it in there) into place. I started taking the trim out of the Kitchen and I cleaned up the walls in the living room. I also pulled all the stereo speaker wires out of the walls, taped up all the wholes and trimmed up all the excess underlayment. That room is ready for The baseboards and trim!
