Things have gotten appreciably busier for Harvey, now that he's out of Arkham. Setting up his little business endeavor. Dealing with Eddie and Judah. Covering his tracks, making sure he doesn't get put back in Arkham...
Even at his busiest so far, though, he's had eternities more free time than he ever had in Internal Affairs, or as a District Attorney. It's nice. (It drives him nuts.)
So when he sits here on the couch in Judah's warehouse-office-home that he's taken up a place in (...again, and you wonder why people think we're...), in socks and duotone pajama bottoms and a tank top, watching Mike Engel and drinking a mug of heavily spiked eggnog, it's not like he's putting anything off.
And anyway, it's the holidays.
