Eddie's entire life has been disrupted by his lack of neighbor. His entire life, do you understand? It is SO QUIET AND SO BORING, okay? This is some kind of emergency, you know. Since when does he have to go all morning and afternoon without someone to talk to? WHAT MADNESS IS THIS?!?!
Yeah, so, Eddie is sitting in his cell being agitated, and writing. This happens to be a letter to Victor. He hopes he'll be able to send it out to him, and, if not, heck, he'll just give it to the orderlies, and let them (not) sort it out. Idiots. Mwahaha, and all that.
