Things have been 'quiet' at the GCPD. There's still the normal buzz of a city horribly infested with crime, but with Gigante's death there was still a vacuum of power that no one had stepped up to take control

Have a look, Harvey. "You do remember that I've sat across from everyone in that room without glass, right? I wanted to see the set up. What the new administration is allowing. I should have done it before but..."
But Warden drove him nuts and the mayor wanted him at his desk.
"Doesn't mean you should come see them here." He's worried, okay? Simon has a habit of visiting people, when he's out, and the Joker likes to destroy everything Harvey cares about.
He knows Gordon's right, though. He sighs. "What do you think?"
Jim shrugs, secretly amused that Harvey cares. It's a good sign, right?
"Seems okay. I'm assuming you get more in your rooms based on your behavior. You and Nigma have more then Garoux... Those dolls, though. That seems like a bad idea."
"Yeah. Simon's a bit more of a risk." To others and himself.
He shrugs at the concern over the dolls. "Group sessions get strange sometimes. I think they vetted them." He doesn't really care too much, honestly. He didn't keep his.
Well, yeah, but that's more 'mind-scarring' than 'escape-attempt.' Which is better, right?
"Once or twice. I told him exactly what you did." Oh, Simon. Harvey likes you, thinks you're a good (and useful!) kid, but you have the thickest little skull he's ever seen.
"Hmm?" Harvey looks a little surprised at Jim's bringing it up. It's been over a year, that his face has been like this. He really barely thinks about it anymore. "No. Not lately."
(No, it isn't, but at least it means the Joker can't listen in on them talking.)
He's much more personable, on take two. "Hey. Sorry about that," he tells Jim, as he's led in. "I didn't want.... you know."
Reply
"I hoped that was the reason." Jim smiles, looking no worse for his trip through the hall. "How are you doing, Harvey?"

Of course, he could still be hiding the coin somewhere, but... maybe he isn't?
"How about you?"
Reply
"As good as I can be, considering. In this town, you're just waiting for something else to come up."

"Don't I know it. Did you really have to go in there? It's not safe."

It was a little Batman doll. On the Joker's bed. Jim is beyond concerned.

"If he doesn't know by now, he shouldn't be working here." Harvey has little sympathy for stupid doctors working at Arkham. It's natural selection.

"Has Dr. Drake tried to find a way to protect your face? I mean, you have the eye shield but... Something bigger? Or more permanent?"
