Eddie does have clothes that aren't green. He doesn't like to wear them, but he knows why they're important. When you go for an iconic appearance, breaking out of that is pretty effective. So is a change in demeanor. Some quiet, nervous-looking twenty-something in a boring, business-casual outfit, heading for a staff entrance to the hospital and typing something into a cell-phone is not the Riddler.
