Doc told me I should exercise more to get my energy levels back up from pathetic to normal. So I'm acting on the numerous thoughts I've had over the past few weeks to take up skating and maybe even join a roller derby group. Hockey in college was fun too, I could take that up again. Did want to take up swing dancing or tango or something like that too. I could cycle around St Lucia like the rest of the population seem to do too!

- There's no milk/juice/grog in the fridge

Must check out 2nd-hand stores this week for cheap-arse roller skates or blades. I'm dead broke this week and so I might just start with walking every day then get into the team sports stuff. Sounds like a plan, Stan!
