Last Week's FNL
Okay, so yes, I am just getting to last week's episode tonight. But, YAY! I liked this episode so much better! I think I liked the first 15 minutes better than I have liked previous entire episodes thus far. So, this is all good. I am pleased. Things I particularly liked:
1. Matt telling Julie how it is -- I love Matt & Julie, but she treated him like shit and she deserves some back. Plus, the idea of Grandma trying to tell Matt about the facts of life -- well, who's writing that story?
2. Mrs. Coach kicking Coach out to the couch for the night when he tries to push the sex. That whole storyline -- cement boobs included -- just made me laugh.
3. Jason snapping to and deciding not to do the ridiculous surgery.
4. The success of "Lance".
Things that I didn't love but which were interesting:
1. The three folks in Mexico. I don't know what they gave Lila to drink at that bar, but I do see why the internet is heating up the threesome fic. What happened there?
2. The football game and Coach dealing with Matt and Smash.
3. Coach telling Mac to never speak about his sex life again.
I still don't care for the dead body storyline or the Tyra/Landry thing, but Tyra trying to hurt him on purpose at the end was pretty killer. Poor Lance.
Anyway, so much happier this week. Just in time for the writer's strike, huh? Oh well. Such is life.
P.S. -- About 11 days to go to baby day. I have so much freaking crap to get done. Damn.
