Sorry to bother everyone.  This is Lucas.  Um.  I've been thinking...

Halloween is coming up pretty soon, right?  And we know by now to expect... if not bad, then at least... not-so-good things on holidays.  We can all celebrate for real whenever the town is done playing games with us, but for now, I think we should consider preparing

I'm Ilsa Higa. I... haven't regained my healing abilities, but I am a doctor, with some emergency room and field trauma experience. I can stabilize people and take care of the minor issues.

I'll also see if I can find the list that... Hakkai was keeping up.

Yes, that's exactly the kind of thing I was thinking. When Mr. Hakkai left, though, I thought it had all gone with me. Did you have copies?

I made copies on local materials... I didn't think it would be that important at the time, just...

I've been hesitant to take over his role. It means one more way to say he is gone.

Yes. I've been marking the ones I know are still here on the map I give to newcomers.

After directing them to the church or the hospital, to look for one of us who's aware.

Yeah. I still hear people over the phones asking for help whenever something's going on. I think it would save a lot of time if they knew who to ask specifically.

I was hoping we could be more proactive, too. Maybe, when something is going on, we could go around our neighborhoods and make sure everyone is doing alright.

Something like street captains in a neighborhood watch? A good idea.

I suppose so! Just... every time the town is acting up, I always feel like I ought to be doing more. There's no point in being able to heal if no one knows I can.

I'll canvass Kramden Road for talents and safe houses. I've redone the basement here so there's more space if we need to shelter others.

You've talked to Karkat, then? Yes, I'll be copying the list to him as well.

He... doesn't like to ask for help. But I'm willing to trade help with him. Breaking things down to smaller units means we have a better chance at getting everyone through things, and hopefully out of here.
