A quick trip over to Spain last weekend brought the opportunity to try a couple of the traditional foods of Valencia.

The New York Times waxed lyrical about a cafe just off las Ramblas, which had apparently, "THE BEST SANDWICH IN BARCELONA"

It is a ham sandwich.
