This is completely unrelated to my permissions on Adachi's journal.
All right, guys. Here's the deal. Adachi's been laying low for the past few days and not cooperating with me, but now I have an idea I want to use with him. The only problem is, you have to consent or not. Adachi's been awake for the past couple of weeks and just hanging around on pure shadow energy alone. What does this mean for you? Well, Adachi's been using his connection to his shadows to eat. Shadows are attracted to misery and other emotions of that sort. Now, what am I asking you? I'm asking if Adachi can be around your character and use his connection to his shadows to slowly drain them of their emotional energy. In English: Can Adachi come to your character when they're sad and try comforting them but really just be there to leech their emotions?
Here's what Adachi wants to do in the Labyrinth. He wants to sit there and watch people with his shadows. This may mean that your character would feel like they were being watched all the time. He would be using tiny shadows, and they'd be creeping all over the Labyrinth, particularly the maze. It might be fun if you character starts chasing them. However, they're only going to observe and not attack unless provoked. Some people might be able to pick them up and hug them. If this is cool or not, let me know, and you can also ask me of if Adachi's shadows would be cuddly to your particular character. If Adachi hasn't met you, they'll be apathetic. Note: None of Stein's students nor anyone Kharg cares about will be hurt, even if they do attack Adachi's shadows.
Now, another question. There's the high possibility that I'm going to choose Wrath for Adachi during the seven deadly sins week. Here's what this means: the high possibility of Adachi freaking out and being in his shadow form the entire time. This means him being much more dangerous than normal. I need to ask Ningi if he can actually throw people inside televisions during that week, but more than likely, he still won't be able to do that. However, he'll probably be bumped up from a 5 to somewhat higher (still tentative, though. I still need to bug Ningi about that...).
UPDATE. THE SHADOW SPYING THING IS A GO. The shadows are working with Jareth and will be spying and distracting people against Jareth! From now on, if your character is trying to mess with Jareth, they'll have shadows to contend with as well!
