Who: Maka, Allen, and Bakura When: Monday night, week 1 of 4th wall Where: outside somewhere Summery: Allen and Bakura go into Maka's soul to try and reach her in her insanity Warnings: angst Rating: Pg-13 just in case.
"Play?" Bakura echoes, frowning and staring hard at Maka in return. With the black collar, his metaphysical senses were no longer dulled and he's struck by how much of just like Ishtar the vibe rolling off Maka is. He'd neither spoken to nor inquired about the blonde girl since their shouting match in person, but he was certain if this was the state she'd been in since that point, he'd have heard about it by now.
"Fool girl," he spat. "And I thought you couldn't have become any weaker."
Before Maka can dodge them both, Bakura shoots out an arm to grab her and she isn't quick enough to dodge it. With Bakura's grip on her arm, she also has no room to dodge the clown belts, and they wrap securely around her free arm. She stares at them and tries to shake them off, looking more put out than actually upset.
Like the way that it had immediately latched onto Allen when he had touched her, Maka's insanity slams into Bakura like a tidal wave through the physical contact. Yet rather than pull away, the thief's grip tightens even as Allen's clown belts take hold. He doesn't look alarmed or even confused as to the feeling... but almost like he's drawing it in.
However his voice remains level and controlled as he addresses the exorcist. "What did you do to her? This is only marginally an improvement from her being a broken puppet."
