When Feferi arrives she doesn't say much, doesn't say anything really, just leans against the door with a knife cut smile on her face, long and sharp.

"Alessa." She calls, voice deceptively soft. "Time to wake up."

That voice. She knew it. Feferi?

Alessa's eyes fluttered. It was hard to pull from the nightmare, but that voice and the feelings she attached to the sound made it easier, at least enough so that she could pull herself to vague awareness.

"Aw, look at you, completely wiped out." She answers, starting to circle slowly. "How long have you been here? She's a real batfish, huh? Your double. You know it's funny, during Venice it wasn't the bad people's doubles you had to worry too much about, or the dangerous ones. It was always the people you least expected."
