Who: Kankruo dance_mypuppets , Reishun tinypurplehead , & Tasuki reikaku_bandit (and if anyone else wants to come play with them have at it!)
When:Wednesday morning after this
Where: the lake near the visitors center
Summary: An attempt to relieve both boredom and the oppressive heat leads them to the shallow end of the lake. Neither of the guys can swim, Kankuro is fresh out of the clinic, and Kan & Rei aren't exactly the best of friends... hopefully no one gets hurt too badly.
Rating: PG (small child theoretically means they'll watch their mouths right?)
Warnings: either cute or chaos... or both.
[It had really seemed like a good idea at the time but as he approached the Visitor's Center he began to wonder if maybe he should've put more thought into this endeavor. Kankuro and Reishun had hardly been friendly in the past but... they were both important to him and it hardly seemed fair that one of them miss out on something because they were both being stubborn and holding a grudge. Even so this was not only an attempt to relieve his own boredom but Reishun had been rather upset about her friend leaving so he was doing what he could to make her feel better. Which meant spending time with her and distracting her. The cooling down part was just a bonus, really.
The bandit paused at the main entrance, looking around for Kankuro. He grins when he sees his friend, standing there and looking no worse for the wear, paint on his face again. Tasuki steps over to where he is, leaning against the ninjas shoulder, though considerably lighter than he normally would, still wary of the recent injuries, with a smirk.]
Never thought I'd say it but I kinda missed the purple. [He winks before looking back around searching for a much more noticeable shock of violet.]
Ya seen Rei? She's s'posed ta be right up here too... somewhere...
