"Hallo, Arthur," Ludwig said politely, bowing a bit from the waist. "You're looking well. It's good to have another sane Nation here--but I hope you'll forgive me for saying I'm sorry you are stuck here. This place is... dangerous and odd."

He glanced cursorily into the room and noted it pretty much looked like all the others--just far less crowded than his own, at the moment.

"So then--I have made copies of the maps I have of this place, notes on alternate facilities to which they have sent us--far more information than any of us should need, but... one likes to be prepared," he said, handing Arthur a notebook bristling with additional pages, carefully folded. "Everything you'd need to get acclimated, find sustenance, and remain relatively safe--it's all in there. We get fed mostly crap here--dry, tasteless energy bars and bottled water--but at least when we go to another facility there is usually a chance to get decent food and drink. Makes Italy very happy, as you might imagine."

He raised a nervous hand to his immaculate cravat with its Iron Cross over the top.

"Sorry, I know this is a lot to take in at one go," he apologized.

"All Feliciano really needs to be happy is a kitchen." Arthur intoned, shuffling through the papers he'd been handed. Organised as usual, Germany. He stumbled across a bulletpoint which made him pause a moment. All powers were removed. This explained the absence of the fae, which usually followed him around non-stop, but caused his large eyebrows to crease into a frown. No magic to get out of here, then.

"It's fine, really." He was going to add 'I've had worse news', but that's when he stumbled upon the previous experiments list. The corner of his mouth twitched down, and he closed the book. "I'm stunned nobody has discovered this place yet, especially with us here."
