Summary: It doesn't take a genius to know something' wrong with Kanda. Komui goes to find out the source of the problem and offer what he can.

It didn't take a genius to realise there was something terribly wrong with Kanda. Anyone who'd known the exorcist for a good while would know the difference between his usual dark moods and a personal crisis. Given that Komui was both a genius and had known the boy for a good part of a decade, as soon as it became apparent he'd sprinted out of his lab-cum-bedroom, off to find out what had gotten Kanda into this state. Whatever it was, it must be bad.
Komui was out of breath by the time he skidded to a halt in front of Kanda's door, knocking softly.
