No, but seriously I've started to see small changes in my body and my ability to walk up stairs after just a month of going to the gym!
I've never been terribly overweight, but I have fallen into a cycle of unhealthy eating tendencies and that coupled with my fairly sedentary disposition most of the year means gradual weight gain in the past few years.
So far I'm really enjoying Planet Fitness. I'm taking advantage of every part of the gym, making sure to also take advantage of their personal trainer and I have a work out schedule roughly patched together.
Blogging is fun, but I keep ebbing away from it, hopefully I'll get reenergized to not just look at pornget at it again!
