I keep forgetting this is going on but in case you don't know there is an indoor farmer's market at the Agaway over by Byam School (in their greenhouse). I went a lot last year, haven't made it this year (might try for today). who, after confirming that what I was buying was rhubarb, asked what you did with it. She's never had strawberry-rhubarb pie. (FWIW, she appeared to be a local, from her accent, and also old enough to have grandkids.)

Frozen blueberries for starters.

Oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, and strawberry yogurt on top.

(He asked for the yogurt! Went to the fridge and got it himself!)

Should I be concerned that he likes eating frozen peas/frozen blueberries/ice cubes? Ir just grateful he eats veg?

3-ish peaches, brused and/or overripe. Peel off skin and roughly chunk up into small sauce pan.
Add in good handful of (frozen) blueberries and maybe a little water and 1-2 spoons of sugar.
Cook until everything is hot & bubbly. Add in some cinnimon. (Optional: run through blender to make sure no big chunks.)

Serve over granola or oatmeal.
