I love the classic tiramisu but have never made it myself for several reasons.

I waited 48 days and then couldn't stand it any more and made the sugar syrup for the limoncello. The final product is 40% alcohol and not overly sweet. Though my taste buds weren't detecting an overwhelming amount of 'lemon' the result is quite pleasant and, I think, a good use of my dad's home made liquor ( Read more... )
