I'm always up for trying another cuisine and one of the blogs I follow often has very interesting Korean recipes. Of course, the most famous Korean dish is probably kimchi ... and one day, I may try to make my own. You should make them. They're delicious and a lot less work than making noodles. They puff up in size about double while cooking. Some people only have one matzoh ball per bowl. I made them a bit smaller and had 2.

I have not been cooking much, but last night I invented a pasta with sauteed broccoli, mushrooms and thinly shredded leeks in a cream sauce with asiago. It came out pretty good for being made on a whim!
