I come to find out yesterday that the story of the woman meeting Paul Newman is one of these urban legends that has been making the rounds. I couldn't believe it. I thought the woman who related it was refering to a friend of hers

A schlepper is generally an old man, but anyone really who drags themself through life slowly.
