Except you can't assure me of that. Not with this guy. Have you stripped him of everything he could use as a weapon? You probably can't even imagine all the things guys like him can kill someone with. Is he properly restrained? Likely not, we don't have proper restraints to use here.

You can't watch him 24/7. The moment he asks to use the goddamn bathroom he'll slip out somehow.

Then strip him down to his shorts and tie him up, hands and feet if necessary. I mean it, Superman, if you're going to play jailer you've got to do it right. I'm probably just about as dangerous as he is, if I can think of a way to kill someone with something, so can he.

If you have moral problems with following through properly with this, then you shouldn't have captured him in the first place.

I will, if I must. But if by 'following through properly with this' you mean killing him then yes, I do have problems with it. I'm the jailer right now, not the executioner.

And if somebody- anybody goes to kill him, they will have to kill me first.

[Sorry Clark, that is the only way. Bucky knows this from experience. He's been held captive a few times, and also he knows other people who have been captives. You gotta strip em down and tie em to a chair.]

I don't mean killing him. If I meant it, I'd say it. I mean if you're going to hold him captive, you have to do it right. Which means stripping him down to his shorts and tying him to a chair, generally. Even leaving his shorts on is more human decency than I've gotten in the past when I've been captive somewhere.

Just realize that even fingernails can be an actual weapon if you leave his hands free. I'm not suggesting rip those out, but it couldn't hurt. I used to keep plastic explosives under the skin of my arm, and when I got busted, I'd rip out a fingernail and cut my arm open with it to get at them. Who the hell knows what this guy's done.

It doesn't sound healthy. You're such a kind man, to think you have that inside of your head all the time is kind of sad. I guess it's none of my business though, I just like to help my friends.
