[The feed turns on seemingly intentionally, though the angle is very strange, showing a hallway retreating into the distance, as if whoever's holding the 'berry is being dragged along backwards]
[Joker doesn't sound like he's got much of a problem with it, though, judging by his tone. He's giggling uncontrollably, and his voice sounds as mocking as ever]
I plead the fifth! The second! The eleventy-third! I want my phone call!
You can plead the first amendment for all I care.
[Superman doesn't exactly sound angry, but he's obviously not happy about this whole thing. His voice comes out like a growl, as if he's tired of all this.]
I made a promise you wouldn't hurt anybody else, and to do that I need to keep an eye on you.
Ohhhh, want me all to yourself, do you, Superman? Aren't you supposed to buy me dinner first?
[Clark huffs, knowing he really shouldn't answer him, not let him play his games with him. It's harder than it sounds. He keeps quiet though, and just sends the Joker a half-assed glare as they reach his room and he opens the door]
[Joker looks down at the camera, apparently done with Clark for the moment. He gives it a sinister smile, and in a much more level tone]
I killed Kenzi. And I'm getting a nice slap on the wrist and I get to torment this idiot until I get free again. Are all you heroes really going to stand for that?
SHUT UP. [He snaps before he has time to shut himself up, tugging the joker inside.] Capes, don't listen to him. I'm handling him from now on. Do not do anything that might risk our safety, alright?
[He cackles] Oh, it's not just them, muscleboy. I couldn't let your job be too easy now, could I?
[And with that, Joker ends the feed]
