how i came to live with joe lieberman
I was talking with SS about the names for the senegals. Xis: "Well, I've been calling the girl Twitch cause of the twitchy head thing that she does. I've sort of been calling the boy Hush because I'm always saying that to him cause he's whiny." SS: "What about Tweak?" Xis: "Nawh, I don't want them to be so matchy-matchy. I guess I'll just call him Hush." SS: "No way, since there's two, I get to name one. What's his major characteristics?" I thought a while and said, "Well, he's whiny and shrill. He's annoying, kinda in your face/slightly needy, a complainer, but, not threatening or anything, and gentle but not truly sweet. Definitely a push-over; sometimes he acts a little tough, but its all a bluff. Anytime the girl wants something he has, she just takes it right out of his mouth." SS thought for a while and said, "His name is Joe Lieberman. Not Joe though -- the whole thing, all the time. Joe Lieberman."
