I was asked earlier in an icon_tutorial thread how I got my desktop (specifically GIMP) to look like this. The desktop is a result of LiteStep, WindowBlinds, a wallpaper from the collection at Almost Smart, and some good ol'fashioned tinkering - but GIMP is entirely a product of said tinkering. So --
