Scotland: Day 7: Peebles
Today for the most part was pretty uneventful because not much is open on Sundays. My parents went to church this morning but me and my brother stayed home and just hung out. We had a late brunch at like 3pm and then we all took naps. (Who knows why.) Then, we went for a walk to the end of our street and up a nearby hill, from which we could see most of Peebles. It was a great view. Thats what all of my pictures are from today. The last time we went "hill walking" on the Pentland Hills I twisted my ankle, but it didn't start hurting until I walked around all day in Edinburgh yesterday. Hiking up that hill today didn't help much, so thats why theres a picture of me icing my ankle.
On a different note, I'm thinking about going to the Tolcher/Jem show in Philly the day before the D.C. show, but it all depends on if my parents will let me borrow a car, or if I can afford to pay $15 for the Chinatown Bus....hmmm
