Letter to TedgreenmeadowesJanuary 12 2006, 03:25:12 UTC
Hey. Hi. Hullo. Greetings. I never know how to begin owls, so just ignore those last bits. You know, since you're a fellow member of the syndicate...fellow student...a friend really, I was just dropping in to say hello.
Actually, no, I'm not just dropping you a letter to say hello. I was wondering how you were these days. I've been worried about you. You don't seem all that well. I just...actually I don't really know. You and Benjy and Alice and Frank and Kingsley...I've been worrying about everyone. No one seems that well lately. You especially. I dunno. I guess I'm just letting you know that I'm here for you and stuff.
Sorry about being so awkward. Next time I write you I promise I'll structure it better.

Hiya.
Hello to you. ;)
Yeah... I'm okay. There's just been a lot of drama recently with the curse and all of... that. It's calming down, though. I'm just a depressive sort of person I guess. It helps though, that people notice and are here for me. Thanks, Dorcas.
Next time you write me, you had better tell me what's going on with this Kingsley business. I hear rumors and I've talked to Kingsley briefly, but not you yet.

Hullo.
You're not a depressive sort of person. You're just quiet and thoughtful...and a musician. It doesn't automatically mean melancholy and depressive. I guess though if I were a drama magnet, and musician because that seems to come with the territory, like yourself I'd call myself depressive. :D
"This Kingsley business"? First time I've heard it called that. Okay, I'll tell you. I like to kiss the boy, and he likes to kiss me, it all began one day with muffins, and now he's skipping classes to get away from Bellatrix's wrath.

Salutations.
Interesting analyzation of it. Heheh, I'm a drama magnet?
I see. I just wanted to hear it from your mouth and his. I hate assuming things are true that fly to me off the rumor mill, you know? Why would Bellatrix be mad? I know they helped eachother on homework once but that's it.
I, really, need fliers and the like for this sort of thing. I realize that most of the student body has the Quidditch schedule tattooed on the inside of their eyelids so they can study it in their sleep, but I need reminders.
Acacia invited me. Typically I would have never known. Quidditch is very foreign to me, I've never been much into sports. However, I find Quidditch to actually be entertaining as opposed to muggle sports which are primarily silly.
I left a message with Delame that I needed to speak with him about these dreams. I feel awkward researching Unforgiveables on my own even if Clough would give me access to the restricted section.
I like watching Quidditch when it occurs to me to go to the matches. I think it's neat, even if it's a bit wildly dangerous.
Ted. Football is not silly. Football is brilliant. Cricket, yes, cricket is a bit silly. But not football.
That might be a good idea. Even if it's not the curse I get the feeling that Delame has experience in battling personal demons. But, mate, if you ever need research help I'll be the one shouting in the corner 'Oh, oh, pick me!'
I believe we've had one conversation concerning hair but I doubt that counts as a worthy introduction. I try to listen to decent music. It's hard sometimes, with a lot of the drabble that's released.
I agree. Most mainstream music has a tendency to drive me into a homicidal rage if I'm exposed to it for long enough. And most of it is focused on the money or the image, rather than the art.
You know what it is? Your captain needs to work on their handshake. A proper captain has a bone-crushing handshake. If the other captain isn't wincing and/or yelping in pain by the forcefulness of your handshake, then there goes the intimidation factor. Your captain has weak hands. It's sad.
That, and your team could use some practice, but that's beside the point.

I broke my whole hand pretty much last summer and had to heal it the muggle way. It was horribly painful.

It's a ball. Being kicked around. It's boring. And silly. Less silly than Cricket though, if that helps.
True and true. Exactly, which is why i came to you for information in the first place, mate.
