Miracle, coincidence, or whatever you want to call it, is favouring me lately.
...Well, it's only really favouring me with fanfiction, but the point still stands. =P
I wanted to post a fanfiction request for a certain theme in the HP fandom, and knew which fics I wanted to use as examples. There was a slight issue, though, as I couldn't remember the titles of any of them. Two would be relatively easy to track down, but the other two would be a bit harder and I might not be able to find them at all if they weren't on any rec lists. And then someone suggested one on the request forum and I was all, "Sweet!"
...And now, a couple of days later, I get an email update from FF.net saying the other one has been updated (after nearly a year of nothing from the author).
So both difficult fics have been found just days after I was thinking that they would be difficult to track down. ^___^ It's nice when the little things just work themselves out for you.
