(no subject)
Today I was asked to meet with a bunch of study abroad representatives, and so I did. I met one of the girls from the international office and she was like "now don't be scared! There's a lot of them, but they're all really nice." So that kinda put me off guard, haha. But it was actually really great. They were all really nice and I was told afterwards that I could have a free UL hoodie! Sweet! And one of them women came up to me afterward and handed me 10 euro and was like "buy a bag of chips or something. You remind me of my daughter." Free money. Sweet!
Tomorrow I'm going to the market in town with some friends. Hopefully I'll find some good, fresh food. And eat lots of it! Then its off to Edinburgh for the weekend. I'm really excited about that! I think it will be a good time. We'll spend a lot of time in the city and then we're going to the Highlands for the day, which should be amazing! And to be honest...I'm really looking forward to a Starbucks...I know..sad. Haha. And its also Mexican night tonight! Bring on the weekend!
