Heads Up: Short Story Club
Just a note to those who may be interested: Niall over at Torque Control is starting up another round of the Short Story Club. Every week we read a short story, something freely available online in the SF/F genre, then Niall rounds up notable commentary and we all discuss the story.
Last time around, I really enjoyed the project - it's a great way to be able to get to know about shiny, new stories and authors, dip a bit into the current genre gestalt, and engage in literary debates without more than a few pages of required reading per session.
