it's a hard day for breathing, again

going to dye my hair today and then it's going to fall out of my head and let me tell you, it's going to be fun!
so next time any one see's me i'll be bald:(!!
so yesterday i had to go to the bank with this women from work and this women has really red puffy hands and they always kinda freaked me out but i mean it's no big deal i just always wondered what was going on with them. so today while driving to the bank we got into the conversation of drugs and come to find out her hands are like that because she used to be a heroin user and i guess when you can't "tap" the veins in your arms anymore heroin addicts shoot up in their hands and they leave permanent vessel damage. crazy. another tally mark on the side of reasons why i hate drugs.
and this women now is soo super nice but kind of slow because of all the drugs effects on her brain. thats messed up man.

and good news: yesterday i recieved in the mail my certificates and cards for "Standard First Aid" and "Adult CPR/AED"
so if anyone is dying and needs some first aid, cpr, or their heart jolted...i'm yer girl
